Run Club®

Ready to join us? Our 8-week, 5/10K training starts on Sunday, October 7th at 5 PM!

Go at Your Own Pace, No Running Experience Required!

Run With Other Moms, Just Like You. With or without a stroller!

Our FIT4MOM® Couch to 5K/10K Training Session is designed for moms who are newer to running, returning to running or just want to have support while they train for a 5K or a 10K. If finishing your first race or getting faster is your goal, we can help you with that! Our program is stroller-friendly, mom-centric, and is suitable for beginners or experienced runners.

Runners will train for eight weeks to complete a 5K or 10K! We will have a team running at the Rock 'N' Roll San Antonio on Saturday, December 1st and we would LOVE for you to run with us (registration fees not included in Run Club). You'll learn all about the fundamentals of running, including running gear, running form, injury prevention, and increasing speed and distance. You will also learn how to properly train for a run and you will receive a personal training schedule. You are led by experienced and certified run coaches, who are also moms.


Run Club will meet every Sunday for 8 weeks at 5 PM at Wildhorse Sports Park, starting October 7th!
